create. grow. expand. flourish.

I am working on revamping how teaching looks for me these days. New tutorials will be coming. They will just look different and be presented a little differently than in the past. I hope you will stick around for some new adventures ahead! -Renée -May 10, 2025

 Hands-on Project Based Learning

Picture
Workshops are taught with a series of small projects that you will have design control over. I feel that teaching with a completed project, helps you address the issues and challenges as you are facing them and learn to problem solve effectively. This allows you to learn with real time experience that engages your thought process and application of skills you are learning.

 Teaching Philosophy

I believe in a hands-on experience for the most effective learning. All instruction of skills and techniques are taught with a project based learning approach. You will complete a project or finish components to be used in later projects. The techniques taught are from my 30 years experience as a metalsmith, goldsmith and jeweler. I have been fortunate enough to have been guided by several masters throughout my career. I have a strong belief that teaching these skills to those eager to learn, I am passing on the traditions of the trade that continues to bring me so much joy.

All jewelry is handmade in Nashville, Tennessee.  I use recycled, responsibly sourced metals + gemstones.  All designs + images are property of
