Crystals of Pyrite are trapped in the slate matte stone. The surface is left natural to show off the cubic habit of the pyrite. Simple prongs hold the oval specimen. Hand engraved crystal cluster tops the stone. The gold is fused 18 karat gold on to sterling silver.
The piece is 1.5"x1.5" on a flat open link finished with a J hook closure. The necklace measure 17.5" around and is adjustable shorter.
It is hand fabricated in sterling silver and 18 karat fused gold dust. It is oxidized to a charcoal sheen and hand finished. The engraved lines are a golden hue by pure magic of patina. Solid construction, heirloom quality. One of a kind.
